gvfs: fix configure options and DDEPENDS

* Remove unknown configure options detected by [1]:
  | ERROR: QA Issue: gvfs: configure was passed unrecognised options: documentation gdu [unknown-configure-option]
* Remove intltool-native from DEPENDS - gnome uses gettext these days
