lldpd: fix xml PACKAGECONFIG dependency

Browse Source 
The xml PACKAGECONFIG entry uses libxm2, which is a typo and not a
valid dependency in OE.

Replace it with libxml2 so enabling PACKAGECONFIG:xml pulls in the
correct provider.
