python3-eth-account: set CVE_PRODUCT

Browse Source 
The relevant CVEs are tracked with ethereum:eth-account CPE, and
the default python:eth-account one doesn't match relevant entries.

Set CVE_PRODUCT accordingly.

See CVE db query:
