wireshark: Add xxhash to DEPENDS

Currently, the build of wireshark fails with

ERROR: wireshark-1_4.6.3-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: /usr/lib/libwsutil.so.17.0.0 contained in package wireshark requires libxxhash.so.0()(64bit), but no providers found in RDEPENDS:wireshark? [file-rdeps]
