7fbb276718 recipes: Update SRC_URI branch and protocols 
This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

Add generic recipe for SPIRV-Cross tool.
SPIRV-Cross is a practical tool and library for performing reflection on
SPIR-V and disassembling SPIR-V back to high level languages.
