The original tarball URL no longer provides version 1.7.3 or any other
historical releases.To ensure reproducible builds, the source has been
switched to the official GitHub repository.

This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:
oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

There is current just one package for libconfig and libconfig++ library.
In case footprint matters as an image in initramfs, the C++ binding if
not required adds additional dependencies (libstdc++).
This split the packages to let include just what is needed.
