the commit addressing CVE-2022-41973 caused new QA errors due to
.so symlinks getting slurped into multipath-tools-libs:
QA Issue: non -dev/-dbg/nativesdk- package multipath-tools-libs
contains symlink .so '/usr/lib/libdmmp.so'
...
Fix this by making the new pattern for multipath-tools-libs package
more specific.

/dev/shm may have unsafe permissions. Use /run instead.
Use systemd's tmpfiles.d mechanism to create /run/multipath
early during boot.
For backward compatibilty, make the runtime directory configurable
via the "runtimedir" make variable.

This patch updates SRC_URIs using git to include branch=master if no branch is set
and also to use protocol=https for github urls as generated by the conversion script
in OE-Core.

This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:
oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Since systemd v246.5[1], udev_monitor_set_receive_buffer_size() will
return 0 or 1 if successful. We only need to check a negative value for
the failure.

The multipath-tools libdmmp/Makefile install target uses 'perl -i' instead
of 'sed -i' for string substitutions. The perl method creates a temporary file
and overwrites the original which changes the inodes and corrupts the pseudo
db. Changes to pseduo cause a build abort rather than allow possible bad
ownership or permissions settings on the files. 'sed -i' is compatible
with pseudo.

With parallel build enabled, we got the following error:
ld: error in libsg.o(.eh_frame); no .eh_frame_hdr table will be created
....
ld: BFD (GNU Binutils) 2.34.0.20200220 internal error, aborting at ../../bfd/merge.c:933 in _bfd_merged_section_offset
....
| make[1]: *** [Makefile:24: libcheckcciss_tur.so] Error 1
| make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
However, looking at the Makefile, it does not seem to have problem.
So disable the parallel build as a workaround.
