grilo can be built without the "net" PACKAGECONFIG,
it has been fixed in the upstream project[1] in version
0.3.14. Remove the comment referring to that bug.
Also, fix a typo.

gnome-online-accounts requires opengl by default, so lua-factory PACKAGECONFIG
should rely on opengl by default.

grl-type-builtins.* are generated by glib-mkenums which leave full paths
in comment and #include directives. Rewrite those before *-src packaging.
Previous fix did not correct the .c file and did not work in the
"devtool modify" case.
Fix these errors:

grl-type-builtins.h gets generated during compilation and it uses
absolute paths to source files in comments. This is flagged by packager
therefore remove the buildpath
