31a597956d appstream-glib: fix manpage generation 
Creating manpages is set by default but fails with:

| I/O error : Attempt to load network entity http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl
| warning: failed to load external entity "http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl"
| cannot parse http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/manpages/docbook.xsl

Disable manpage generation by default but fix the dependencies, so it wouldn't fail

c61dc077bb Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".
