The original sourceforge project page doesn't exist anymore along
with the original download location. The project switched to github.
From the github history it is not possible to determine when did it
switch license to OFL (sourceforge history was not imported),
it used this license from the initial commit.

I've verified that bitbake -c patch world works with these, but did not run a world
build; the majority of recipes shouldn't need further fixups, but if there are
some that still fall out, they can be fixed in followups.

The liberation font release 0.2 is not available for download
anymore and was released in 2007, so let's do an update.
Since 2007 also the license has changed to a better suited
SIL Open Font License. In addition, the ttf is now build from
source like, e.g., in ttf-lohit.

In commit [0], we've switched away from SVN fetcher in SRC_URI.
The archives downloaded are named SourceHanSans*.zip
They are named this way regardless of the version 1.004 or 2.004.
So when the new archives checksums are tested, the fetcher will
look for the old archives with the same name in the DL_DIR.
>From [1], there are checksum failures due to given checksums not
matching the ones in DL_DIR. Thus, downloaded archives are renamed
following their package name and version.
