upstream in rust-lang/libc.
* dependency rio got dropped in 1.3.0
* The new patch disable-cargo-metadata enables the feature of devicemapper,
because the build fails otherwise.
* On 32 bit architectures, the new patch dms-no-layout-check disables checks
from bindgen they always fail.
