* the content of license file has been updated but license not changed
* patch for configure.ac to get the absolute path of pkg-config variables
* drop dependencies dbus and dbus-glib that xfce4-notifyd has been

the patch included during last commit only made latest xfce4-notifyd work with
old version of libnotify. I expected it to work also for libnotify 0.7.x but
that failed so remove the patch.

The notify-dbus.h file is autogenerated during compilation into the
xfce4-notifyd subdirectory. This directory doesn't exist in an
out-of-tree build so we add one manually.

* Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in meta-oe repo. This was done
with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' meta*/recipes*/*/*.bb -i
* We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and
this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to
remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway).
