Roy Li c1c6d08699 apache2: upgrade to 2.4.12 
Remove apache-CVE-2014-0117.patch which apache2 2.4.12 has it
Update the apache-ssl-ltmain-rpath.patch
Backport the patch to fix CVE-2015-0228
