recipes: adapt to qemu.bbclass refactoring
Avoid inheriting qemu.bbclass and use oe.qemu.xxx instead.

Also, the 'qemu-native' dep is replaced by 'qemuwrapper-cross' for
PACKAGE_WRITE_DEPS. qemuwrapper-cross is the one that is actually
used by postints and it has 'qemu-native' in DEPENDS.

licenses/X11: remove license
This file had only one user, the keybinder recipe, which has been updated
with the correct license value.

This file actually contained MIT license text, with keybinder copyright
information.

Beside this, oe-core has the actual X11 license also available with the
same name, which shouldn't be shadowed by this.

* It seems snprintf in glibc is locale-aware. And it will format
floating-point numbers according to the locale when the numeric
locale is set (e.g., de_DE).
But in musl, snprintf does not respect locale settings for number
formatting. It will always use a period as the decimal separator
regardless of the locale set.
So exclude TEST CASE "locale-dependent test (LC_NUMERIC=de_DE)" [1]
right now and add the case back once the issue resolved by upstream.

libsdl2-mixer: drop deprecated modplug PACKAGECONFIG
libmodplug support has been removed in master branch
https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL_mixer/pull/673

Remove the option as we still provide libxmp to handle .mod

zram: fix RDEPENDS for systemd service
This attempted to pull in the entirety of util-linux when systemd is
selected. That falls apart when building with `NO_RECOMMENDATIONS = "1"`
as util-linux only weakly recommends util-linux-zramctl.

Hence, we want to pull that in explicitly.

dbus-broker: Declare runtime conflict with dbus
The user should now be able to choose the preferred runtime D-Bus
implementation with VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_dbus variable. In order to avoid
situation where both Freedesktop.org's dbus and dbus-broker are pulled
into the same root filesystem, add conflict declaration which will help
to detect the problem already during the Yocto build.
