Ross Burton 8ca5c4b0bc python3-pyzmq: clean up recipe ...

Put the patch into a directory named after PN to avoid needing to set
FILESEXTRAPATHS.

Remove explicit FILES:${PN}-dbg, as these are packaged automatically.
