The 0.3.x series is long superseded. We already ships the maintained webrtc-audio-processing-1 (1.3) and webrtc-audio-processing-2 (2.1) recipes, and pipewire uses webrtc-audio-processing-2. Nothing depends on the bare 0.3.1 recipe. Drop it. Signed-off-by: Khem Raj <khem.raj@oss.qualcomm.com>
