sthttpd: Fix service unit file ...

Update PID file path from /var/run to /run to avoid systemd warning:
    PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/,
    updating /var/run/thttpd.pid → /run/thttpd.pid; please update
    the unit file accordingly.
