The posix_ipc module was being built without message queue support due to missing linkage with the real-time library (librt) during cross-compilation. This caused the MessageQueue class to be unavailable at runtime. Add LDFLAGS += -lrt to ensure proper linking and enable full POSIX IPC functionality including message queues.
