yaoxp 18bc5eb55c lvm2: don't overrwrite EXTRA_OECONF 
EXTRA_OECONF has been assigned before ‘EXTRA_OECONF = "--with-usrlibdir=${libdir}"’.
collaps the 2 lines into a single EXTRA_OECONF.
