Several runtime dependencies are missing from python-pygps. You can verify this by adding gps-utils to an image and running gpsfake, which will fail with python import errors. With this patch, gpsfake works correctly. Other services like gitorious, repo.or.cz or self hosted setups are of course accepted as well, 'git fetch <remote>' works the same on all of them.
