The changes include:
- Change to use meson buildsystem.
- Fix build issues in OE.
- Move patches from files to plymouth subdirectory.
- Make themes build/installation optional, since a user might not want
all themes to be installed to rootfs, now he can set PLYMOUTH_THEMES
to chose the themes.
