Remove python3-pbr from DEPENDS: when looking at the source code it looks like pbr is used in the CI process when building for Python 2.6 only. Python 2 is no longer supported in the Yocto project so it can be safely removed. Remove python3-pip from DEPENDS: pip is not a build time dependency. Changes were tested on Kirkstone.
