Jackie Huang 0ff5665cf9 chrony: remove unrecognized option ipv6 ...

The configure is not generated by autotools, and it's
designed to enable ipv6 by default and have option
--disable-ipv6 to disable it, but no --enable-ipv6,
so remove it.
