This bug caused major interoperability issues between
stunnel built with OpenSSL 3.x and Microsoft's
Schannel Security Support Provider (SSP).

- OCSP stapling is requested and verified in the client mode.
- Using "verifyChain" automatically enables OCSP
stapling in the client mode.
- OCSP stapling is always available in the server mode.
- An inconclusive OCSP verification breaks TLS negotiation.
This can be disabled with "OCSPrequire = no".
- Added the "TIMEOUTocsp" option to control the maximum
time allowed for connecting an OCSP responder.

- Added configurable delay for the "retry" option.

meta-networking
This layer is intended to be a central point for networking-related packages and configuration. It should be useful directly on top of oe-core and compliments meta-openembedded. It should be primarily useful to the following groups:
- Anyone building a small networking device (eg. a home router /
bridge / switch).
- Anyone wanting to add network services to their device (eg.
anything that might benefit from a small ftp/tftp server)
