Khem Raj 47b0452e7c geos: Use cmake directly ...

configure is a wrapper script around cmake invocations which are
already taken care of by cmake bbclass. e.g. specifying
CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX or CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE
