The bash in ptest RDEPENDS would cause following QA error: ERROR: QA Issue: lib32-libgpiod package lib32-libgpiod-ptest-dev - suspicious values 'bash-dev' in RRECOMMENDS [multilib] Add a ptest enable dependency to avoid this QA error happens.
