Andreas Müller 52492e67fc gnome-keyring: update 2.32.1 -> 3.20.0

* update to 3.28.0 is not yet possible due to gcr >= 3.27.90 required
* license: Many sourcefiles are gone and those still left reference to
  COPYING or COPYING.LIB
* recipe cleanup
