* Fix ALINE feature matrix errors and add comprehensive tests
* Support multiple VerbNet versions, fix longid/shortid regex for VerbNet ids
* Let downloader fallback to md5 when sha256 is unavailable
* Several other minor bugfixes and code cleanups
