python3-yappi: Upgrade 1.7.3 -> 1.7.6 
Upgrade to release 1.7.6:

- Fix VERSION file missing from source distribution (sdist)

>From 1.7.5:

- Fix callgrind export producing duplicate entries for top-level
  functions
- Fix various edge cases
- Add limit parameter to print_all
- Fix file reading to use UTF-8 encoding
