Add do_install function to resolve following issue. python3-legacy-cgi-2.6.4-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: /usr/lib/python3.14/site-packages/.pc/0001-cgi.py-fixup-interpreter-according-to-OE.patch/cgi.py contained in package python3-legacy-cgi requires /usr/local/bin/python, but no providers found in RDEPENDS:python3-legacy-cgi?
