Remove explicit python3-hatchling-native from DEPENDS since it is automatically added when inheriting python_hatchling. Add python3-cffi-native to DEPENDS since v4.0.0 introduced CodSpeedHQ/instrument-hooks which uses cffi FFI bindings at build time.
