xdg-desktop-portal-wlr: update 0.7.0 -> 0.8.1 
Remove patch that downgraded gbm_bo_create_with_modifiers.
Meanwhile gbm_bo_create_with_modifiers2 should be save to use?

Fix to work with manpages class
