Both inetutils-tftp and tftp-hpa provide the tftp command and the ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY of inetutils-tftp is 79 until now. Increase the ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY of tftp-hpa to 100 to guarantee the tftp command provided by tftp-hpa when both of the packages installed.
