This commit fixes a few issues with the phytool recipe: - Missing "_git" suffix in the recipe name, as required by [1]; - Missing description, homepage, and bugtracker metadata [2]'; - Missing section metadata, which is improved package management [3]; - As defined by [4], the SRCREV should be defined after the SRC_URI.
