Li xin cb7fdc16d9 libjs-sizzle: upgrade 1.9.3 -> 1.10.18 
* Modify SRC_URI to avoid do_fetch failed.
* Modify LICENSE file,and the LICENSE has been changed.
* Replace the hardcoded strings "/usr/share"
