v0.2.2 is from 2017. meanwhile there have been some important improvements and also some renaming of headers and such but unfortunately there has never been a new release. Other services like GitLab, repo.or.cz or self hosted setups are of course accepted as well, 'git fetch <remote>' works the same on all of them.
