Lukas Bulwahn d6577d80ec opencv: Add libeigen dependency 
In the opencv's CMakeLists.txt under Optional 3rd party components,
the option "WITH_EIGEN" is by default ON. Hence, this commit adds
the libeigen dependency to opencv.
