Andreas Müller d6627b628b network-manager-applet: update to 0.9.8.10 
* add libsecret to DEPENDS
* remove libglade from DEPENDS
* wireless (nm-signal-*.png) icons were updated upstream
* inherit gnomebase instead of gnome
* make bluetooth PACKAGECONFIG - disabled by default
