thermald: upgrade to 2.5.11 ...

Upgrade thermald to release 2.5.11.

This update includes the following changes:

- Clang-tidy fixes
- Added support for Wildcat Lake platform
- Fixes for CVE related to symbolic link exploitations
- D-Bus interface fixes
- Removal of power group handling after Thermal Monitor support deprecation
