Roy.Li e81ef5153c inetutils: several improvement 
1. integrate rexec, rlogin, rsh, telnet, tftpd xinetd startup scripts
2. inherit update-alternatives bbclass, not call update-alternatives directly.
3. package all commands into subpackages
