Leon Anavi e8bcc60fb5 python3-humanize: Upgrade 3.3.0 -> 3.4.0

Upgrade to release 3.4.0:

- Add Catalan translation
- Add documentation and release notes to project_urls
- Fix tests for Python 3.10
