gstd: disable gtk-doc ...
The API documentation should be buildable with gtk-doc, but it fails
for some reason:
gtkdoc-mkhtml: error: unrecognized arguments: ../gstd-docs.xml
Leave the gtk-doc class inherited, but temporarily disable it until this
is fixed.
