raspberrypi.conf: Add "rtc" to MACHINE_FEATURES_BACKFILL_CONSIDERED

RaspberryPi has no hardware clock, this is why hwclock initscript from
busybox fails at boot. So make sure we don't have this init script
to avoid errors at boot.
