ffddbad97c linux-rpi: ensure config file is closed 
Avoids warnings like this with python3:

b1940869a5 linux-rpi: Enable kconf options to enable initramfs support 
Additionally add few few file systems e.g. squashfs, overlayfs
to support booting with initramfs

Drop checking for target triplet to set EABI, rpi probaly should
not have any legacy into OABI world.
