The following line doubles BBFILES for all layers in BBFILE_COLLECTIONS:
BBFILES += "${@' '.join('${LAYERDIR}/dynamic-layers/%s/recipes*/*/*.bb' % layer \
for layer in BBFILE_COLLECTIONS.split())}"
And most of them are invalid, use BBFILES_DYNAMIC is the correct solution.
