Drop upstreamed patches
0002-fix-musl-build.patch was partially upstreamed
git'ify the remaining patches

Change license field to BSD 3 clause, since thats what
the licence it with BCM and RPI Copyrights

Licence changed from Broadcom to Raspberry Pi Ltd
