Remove the single quotes from the
COMPATIBLE_HOST variable regex as it appears
to make expression invalid. Thus, leading to

ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'rpidistro-ffmpeg'
rpidistro-ffmpeg was skipped: incompatible with host arm-*-gnueabi (not in COMPATIBLE_HOST)
