4db17d9cb3 Poky: Switch to use EABI for arm images. Also implies a switch to gcc4, glibc 2.5 and binutils 2.17.

9ecd2353a3 poky.conf: Set TARGET_VENDOR to -poky. This will require a rebuild of tmp directories but will identify toolchains as coming from poky etc.
