Use '@item' instead of '@itemx' in several places, as Texinfo 5 refuses
to process an '@itemx' that is not preceded by an '@item'. Ensure that
node extended names in menus and sectioning are consistent, and that
ordering and presence of nodes in menus and in the actual text are
consistent as well.

Fix the issue that coreutils was built without acl support:
configure: WARNING: libacl development library was not found or not usable.
configure: WARNING: GNU coreutils will be built without ACL support.
which will cause ls and cp commands don't have the ACL related behaviors:
ls -l: no plus sign(+) after the permission string for files that have ACL
cp -p: can not preserves the ACLs.

Added a new patch:
coreutils-6.9/fix_for_manpage_building.patch
And the target recipe now depends on the native recipe for the manpage
generation.
Similar fix may be needed to the GPLv3 version of this recipe.
