82596bb8a0 bitbake: toaster test_cerate_new_project: add scarthgap 
In line with changes in gen_fixtures.py:

* Add projectscarthgap
  - Add Scarthgap to slot 1.
* Move Kirkstone down to slot 4
* Drop projectdunfell
  - Drop EOL Dunfell from slot 5
